.' Mr A. W. Hogg was the speaker at the Masterton Y.M.C.A. Strangers' Tea: Jast evening, and lie delivered » much appreciated address before a good attendance. Mr Hogg took as his'subject the question of "Progress," and ably portrayed the advancement and progress that is continually going on .throughout the world, and which had no limit, in concluding, the speaker stated that he would, on some future occasion, answer the question he had out-lined.
