SPECIAL SALE OF DAIRY COWS
CAMBRIDGE YARDS, WAIKATO
Tho Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company, Hamilton, in conjunction with the' New Zealand Loan land Mercantile Agency Co., Hamilton, .'have received instructions from Mr James Taylor, who has decided to dispose of his dairy herds (simply because three families that have been milking for him have started on farms of their own, and the difficulty of getting other assistance). The sale will take place on Saturday, June 22nd., nt the Cambridge yards, .and the line comprises three whole herds, in all 350 'choice grade Shorthorn dairy oows, all hand milked. Mr Taylor has . been dairying just on twenty years, and the "bulk of tho cows to be .sold have been brefl by the present owner, carefill rejection has been made, and only good cows_ retained ; 150 of the cows are carrying second a.nd third calf, and all are roany cows in calf to Shorthorn hulls, of known milking strain. The herds are due to calve in the mid. 'die of July to beginning of August.
