1 (Received Last Night, 9.5 o'clock.) LONDON, June 10. The Women's Liberal Federation declined to affiliate with Associations whose objects do not include women's franchise. It also adopted a resolution that • it would probably become impossible to sustain amicable relations with the Liberal party unless 'the franchise iwuis. grafted. The Times says that the Federation's action has impelled the Governin exit to take np the White Slave Traffic Bill.
