CHURCH SERVICES
The services at the Congregational Church will be conducted by the Rev. T. G. Butler, pastor, morning and evening. A welcome is extended to all. Mr D. Slioesmitih will be-the speaker at the Strangers' Tea at the Masterton Y.M.C.A. to-morrow. There will be Bible Class at four o'clock and service at Solway Home in the evening. The Rev. J. S. Youing will conduct the services 7 at Bideford, Wangaehu, •and Lamsdowne to-morrow, > morning, afternoon, and evening respectively. Mr D. McGregor, sear.,'will preach at Kopuaranga in the afternoon. At the Baptist Church;, Murray's Hall, .to-morrow, Pastor Swinerdi will preach at' 11a.m., subject: "The Thirst of the Soul after God." The Rev. J. W. Webster (of China Inland Mission) will preach at 7 p.m., subject, "Triumphs of the Gospel." Church /anniversary services will be held at the Methodist Church to-mor-row, when Rev. S. J. Serpell will conduct both the morning and evening services. Special singing will be given by the choir at both services. Mr E. T. Olds will take the .morning and evening services at Kuripuni, and also the afternoon service at Rangitumau. The Rev. A. T. Thampson, 8.A., 8.D., will conduct both the morning and evening services at Knox Church to-morr,ow. The subject for "the evening will be, ''What's Wrong with Masterton—The Spirit its life," The Men's Society will meet at 10 .a.m. The afternoon service at Kiaatuna will also be taken by Rev. A. T. Thompson, B.A. B.D.
