LIBERAL MEMBER'S VIEWS OPPOSE THIRD READING. (Received Last Night,' 10.20 o'clock.) LONDON, May 29. The Hon. T. C. Agar-Robartes, Liberal M.P. for Cornwall, speaking at a meeting of Cornish Liberals, said that unless the Homo Rule Bill was improved, Ulstfi; protected, and ther Irish excluded from ihokling the 'balance in the House of Commons, he would oppose the third reading of the Bill.
