IN ROUMANIA FOREIGN CAPITALISTS LOSE HEAVILY. (Received May 20, 9 a.m.) BUKHAREST, May 19. In the petroleum district of Moreni, ten oil wells, seven of which are Amer-ican-owned, were ignited through an electric short circuit. Foreign capitalists interested in the wells have suffered enormous losses. Two clerks employed on the field were burnt to death.
