NEW ZEALAND FORECAST (By Telegraph — Preat Aatociation.) WELLINGTON, Last NightThe Key. D. 0. Bates, of the Meteorological Office, this evening issued the following report: — A, low pressure area passed during the night. Strong northerly winds, changing by west to southerly in southern districts, with misty and cloudy weather and rain in parts. The barometer has fallen everywhere, but has riecm again in the south. Present indications are for strong westerly wiudi?, with a.-southerly tendency, but backing again', and inclining ikh- more extensive Westerly stoniT area in the south on Sunday evening. Expect unteett'led and cloudy weather, with rain generally. Barometer rising temporarily in the south, but falling again soon.
