SOCIALISTS VOTE AGAINST THE
MEASURE

BERLIN, May 11
The Reichstag carried the second reading iof the Army Bill and the Supplementary Army estimates. The Socialists voted against the measure.
SOCIALIST DEMONSTRATION. AGAINST EXPULSION OF MEMBER, DEMONSTRATORS SCATTERED BY POLICE. (Received Last Night. 5.5 o'clock.) BERLIN, May 11. The Social Democrats have organis•cd. a demonstration of protest against the expulsion from the Prussian Diet of Herv Borcbardt, a Socialist member, who was removed for riotous conduct. 'Several thousands paraded streets singing the Marseillaise. The police drew their swords and scattered the demonstrators, • several of whom were wounded. A number of arrests.
