'• Lord St. Aldlwyn's vote iinplies that the Conciliation Board agreementi continues to control the South Wales jfeal trade.
A circular--to the members of the Northumberland' Miners' Association. states that during 2\ years t'he expenditure was £150,000 above'the income, and that it is impossible to pay tlhe present benefit.
