KOOMBANA ENQUIRY
COAST IMPERFECTLY SURVEYED. LIGHT HOUSE UNATTENDED. (Received May 6, 10.5 a.m.) PERTH, May r x . At the Koombana inquiry, counsel for the owners declared that it was probable that 'the Koombana struck some hidden danger. The part of the coast where she was lost has only been imperfectly surveyed, and counsel commented upon the fact that the Bedoubt 'light, which is unattended, has been out since March 30th.
