STOPPAGE Or ivrOTO - "-" (By Telegraph — Fress Association.) CHRISTCHUROtf, Last Night. . A serious shortago of petrol is being experienced locally. It is expected that it will bo fully six weeks before things are normal again. Already 35s is being* paid for a case, which ordinarily costs 12s. It- is expected that the motor traffic will have to cease shortly, and this will have a- serious industrial effect. -Already a number of Doctors have practically exhausted their supplies.
