AJmANGEMENT OF SQUAPIIOXS (Received Last Night,-10.15 Vr-'u>ok.Y LONDON, May 2. The Admiralty has decided that the first and second battle squadrons will consist of Dreadnoughts and' Lord Nelsons, the third squadron of eight King Edwards, and the fourth squadron at the outset of Duncans. Those ■squadron** will form the first fleet. The fifth squadron will consist of eight Formidables, and the seventh squadron of eight Majesties. Changes will be effected in tho course of .a month"as it is unnecessary to complete the sixth or form the eighth squadrc n ,' at present. 1
