The report and balance-sheet were adopted. Messrs .J. T. Quin, J. Christoffel, S. Forsyth. R. Lamhio, E. Maxwell, and F. W. Wilkie were re-elected directors. Tho 1 question of increasing the rates on dairy factories' risks was referred to the incoming Board. The Chairman claimed the Association rate, a >7.., Bs, -.wcs the lowest in the Dominion.
