RELATIONS WITH BRITAIN
WARNING TO UNITED STATES.

■ST. PETERSBURG, April 23. M. Sazonoff, the new President of the Duma, in his maiden speech, cordially affirmed the- alliance with France, and the entente with Britaiu and Germany. He eulogised the effect of the Anglo Russian agreement in Persia. Referring to the Uuited States, M. Sazonoff declared that Russia would not tolerate any interference with her national affairs.
