ITourth: The Government will standardise all liquor, and ,no brewery, wine or wh/jlesale merchant will be permitted (to sell <any antacie for consumption unless p r t agrees with the statutory requirements. All liquors sold in liDtols nuie.t bear tho Segal labels and be exacftly what they profess to be. (This will be an abwrlutc guarantee to the public .of the purity of all liqiiors.)
