A letter wia.s read from, the Wellington Education Board in reference to asphalting and gas arrangements in connection with itihe new Assembly Hall.— Received. The headmaster's report was read and adopted. A motion, of thanks was passed to Mrs Everett, and Messrs Booth and ©rooks tfor gifts to the school museum. A sub-committee consisting of (Messrs Brown, Thompson, Hyde and Pragnell wais appointed, to confer with the';headmaster in connection with tOie furnishing and equipment 'of the new Assembly Hall. The chairmb.il and secretary were appointed a committee to deal with the annual report. It was decided to leave the matter elf admission to the entertainment- in Connection with the opening of the Assembly Hall to the headmaster and jsub-comimit'tee.
