QUESTION IN THE COMMONS. (Received Last 'Night, 9.50 o'clock.) LONDON, April 11. Replying to a question in the House of Commons by Sir Gilbert Parker, the Right Hon. L. Ha.rcourt said no salaries were to be paid to the members of tlio Empire Trade Commission, but expenses of subsistence would be allowed when abroad. Sir Gilbert Parker gave notice, at the earliest opportunity, of his intention to call attention, to'the compisition of'the Commission.
