'/' Co. weekly sale in their Waipoua (Masterton) yards yesterday, when they offered a; good 'yarding of sheep and cattle well ,a)bove advertised numibers, which mjet; with a good competition, and we ' report a total clearance, with, the ex-' ception of two store cows. Quotations were as follows:—Fat ewes, 12a 3d; 2-tooth ewes, and wethers, 10s lid, 2tooth ewes, 12s Id; fomvard empty ewes, 9s; store ewes,.ss 9d, 6s to 8s 3d; small lambs, 5s lOd to 6s 3d. tie: 2-year old steers, £4 2s; 18-months steers,' £2 18a to £3 14s; yearling heifers, £3 8s; 2-year heifers, £3 12s 6d to £3 18s; mixed sex calves, 27s to 335; heifers in calf, £4 5s to £4 9s; store cows, £2 17s 6d to £3 2s 6d.
