' tile Agency Co., Ltd., report as follows regarding their Masterton stock sale held in the Solway yards yesterday:—Owing to tlie holidays thero was only a moderate entry of sheep and cattle, but bidding was brisk for , all classes, and x nearly every .line changed hands under the hammer. Good 2-tooth wethers made 12s lOd, medium 2-tooth. w-ethers, lis 3d; black i faced 2-tooth wethers, lis 6d; black faced lambs, 8s Bd. Other classes sold *uri to recent rates,

Good wethers and woolly lambs were in good demand. Only'a few pens of cattle wero yarded.
