SAILS FOR ENGLAND

CAPETOWN, April 9. .The, Unionists will discuss Dr. Jameson's resignation on Wednesday. It is expected that Mr Smart will be elected leader of the party. Dr. Jameson sails for England immediately. He will retain his seat as representative of Grahamstown in tho Assembly.
