A NARROW ESCAPE. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, April (5. An entire mail-train, travelling at a speed of fifty miles an hour, ivas uerailed at Stockton-on-Tees. It ploughed into the permanent w iy for quarter of a mile, before being brought to a. standstill on tho edge of a preciditpus embankment, The carriages were'not over turned, and although Ihe passengers were shaken, none were injured.
