SENSATIONAL IN CHARACTER EMPEROR FRANZ JOSEF AND HUNGARIANS. (Received; April 2, 8.5 a.m.) VIENNA, April 1. Sensational disclosures have been made regarding a recent audience given to the Hungarian. Prime Minister, Count Huen Hedervary, by the Emperor Franz Josef in connection with a proposal forced on the Hungarian Government by the Kossuithites to restrict the enlistment of Army recraits. The Emperor reminded Count Huen, Hedervary that Hungary bad never had a truer friend -than be; he had always • tried to- rule . constitutionally. There now was a desire to interfere with his rights as ruler.- If this state of things was not altered there would bo nothing for him but abdication. ; A letter by the-Emperor, has. been;: published-, in. which His Majesty conserves his right to call up recruits.
