(By Telegraph—Press Association-:) \ WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Wellington rtospital and Charitable Aid, Board to-day decided to borrow £,10,000 to enable certain proposed works tn be carried out during the year, and to meet additions to the ordinary expenditure, absorbing about £SOOO.
