REVENUE INFLUENCED BY STRIKE.

LONDON, March 27. The year's surplus exceeds £4,000,000.
Mr C. Masterman, speaking in the House of Commons, said tlhat tho strike Lad substantially influenced tho revenue, and might completely change thd Budget.
