PLASTERERS' DISPUTE
A SETTLEMENT ARRIVED AT.

WELLINGTON, Last Night
The plasterers' dispute was before the Conciliation Council to-duy, and, as -a result of a conference, a. full settlement was reached. ' The week's wo-rk was fixed; at 45, hours, and a definition of the term "work" was agreed, upon. -In the-case-of suburban work, payment for travelling time is recommended in addition to the fare. Preference to Unionists is conceded. The Council recommends that the agreement expire at the same tame as the carpenters' award, with a view of obtaining, if possible, a 44-kwr week in the Wilding trade.
