I. The. well-known Hungarian journal !'Pester Lloyd states that tho Kaiser's intended visits to the Emperor Francis Joseph of Austria-Hungary and King Victor Emmanuel of Italy encourage the hope that a co-ordinated attempt will bo made to promote a settlement of tihe Turco-ItaJian conflict.

VIENNA, March 25. Tho Kaiser'vS visit will bo of a most private character, in order to spare the Emperor Francis Joseph unnecessary fatigue. The Kaiser gave an hour's audienco to Count Leopold. Berchtold, the Austrian Foreign Minister.
