TRIBUTE TO MR PIRANI. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WANOANUI, Last Night. An echo of the Stagpoolo case was hoard at the meeting of the Board of Education to-night, when a resolution w,ns passed drawing the Teachers' hir stitute attention to the action of Mr. Farkmson, the Secretary of the Institute, in obtaining confidential information and then breaking faith. All the members of the Board" paid a tribute to the manner in .which rim Chairman, Mr Pirani, conducted the c,3sc for the Board.
