TO RESIGN TO-DAY. (By Telegraphs-Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. Hie Prime Minister,' Sir : Joseph Ward, anticipates that he will be able to hand his resignation to the Governor to-morrow. Then the Hon. '.V. M,%ckeiwk will be sent for, and will >o sworn in with his new Cabinet. I Sir Joseph declines at present io discuss his future plans, but will make a statement to the press on Tuesday ovoning, if the new Ministry takers office to-morrow.
