LORD ROBSON S SUGGESTION
NO REAL CAUSE FOB QUARREL

LONDON, March 24
Lord Robson, a Lord of Appeal, and formerly Attorney-General, speaking at tho International Arbitration League dinner, said that questions of fact in the misunderstandings between Great Britain and Germany could uw fully be referred to judicial arbitration. There was no real ground for a quarrel.
Sir George Heir, High Commissioner for Australia, responded to the toast "International Peace."
