The .sale of tins desk-able property, which was advertised to take place in the Feathers-ton- Town Hall on Sat-. urday, 23rd -iitst., has been postponed until"Saturday, 30th-inst, Intending purchasers will do well to note altered particulars in regard to terns- 'ihe property will now he offered with exceptionally easy conditions as to payment, these being:— 10 per cent, deposit, 15 per cent, on date of possession, 22nd April, 1912; balance to remain on mortgage for 5 years at h\ per cent.
