THE STAGPOOLE CASE
EDUCATION BOARD VINDICATED (By Telegraph—Press Association.) p.ALIMKBS'i'OX N\, Last Night. The case in which a teacher named Stagpcole 'appealed against his dismissal hy -the Wangauui Education •Board was concluded yesterday. The ■Court, after an exhaustive enquiry, found that the decision of the .Wanganui Education Board in dismissing the appellant "'as reasonable, having due regard to the efficient conduct of the Board's affairs. The appeal was therefore dismissed,'with costs against the Teachers' Institute amounting to £209 9s -Id. The court recommended that Staspoole he granted three anonths' leave of absence on full pay from the dale of the decision, in. which Mr Pirani, chairman of the Board, said he was sure the Board would concur.
