TRAINS SNOWED UP.

NEW YORK, March 15
News cames from Kansas City that heavy blizzards are raging over a large area. The traffic on the railroads has been suspended. Three trains are snowed up. and two hundred passengers are starving. Relief ploughs are working. , There is a shortage or provisions in many Kansas towns.
