OPPOSSUMS AND DUCKS
(By, Telegraph— Press Association.) TIMARTJ, Last Night. The South Canterbury Acclimatisation Society desire leave to kill opossums in limited numbers by license, in one or two bush localities, where they are mischievous in the gardens, and' also paradise ducks, which are said to be too numerous in the Mackenzie Country.
