EXCEEDS £300,000,000 EXPENDITURE LESS THAN REVENUE. (Received Last Night, 11.20 o'clock.) ST. PETERSBURG, March 14. Tlie Budget, read for the first time, exceeds £300,000,000. The Duma Quiiiqucnnnium witnessed that the revenue was exceeding the expenditure' by £100,000,000. •A free cash reserve has been formed, and a redemption of £20,000,000 of the national debt. The ordinary expenditure has increased 20 per cent in four years.
