At the Supreme Court, James Patterson was found guilty of cattle stealing, and was remanded till tomorrow for sentence. , Mabel Meredith' Desbarres petitioned for a divorce from Froderiek Stuart Desbarres on the grounds of desertion and misconduct'. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absoluie in three months, the pe>v-i:oirtr to have the custody of the children.
