RUINS OF POMPEII
IMPORTANT FIND. (Reoeived Last Night, 11.00 o'clock.) ROME, March 13. Excavations at Pompeii uncovered a vintner's shop, in which the vingeron had heen overcome by the lava filling it. Rows of wine jars were found, and there were election placards on the walls, also a hermetically-sealed cauldron, still containing water.
