WHAT TO DO IN INDIGESTION.
Proper Treatment aims at Strengthening the Stomach. —o Indigestion occurs when the Stomach has become too Weak to do its work.
There may be different reasons why •the stomach becomes weak and out of order but the result is always the \ same. A weak stomach cannot digest food properly. The indigestion will persist until the .stoniadh is strong enough to do its own work. Laxatives and pro-digested foods are only makeshifts to get temporary relief. A great many sufferers have been cured of severe .Indigestion by Dr. Williams' Pink Pills. T'hey supply tlie stomach with the strength it needs by enrich- ! ing and purifying tho blood. Pure blood gives tone to the nerves, muscles, and glands of the stomach, and ! makes it capable of properly'performing the work of digestion. The case of ! Mrs Robert Purcell, (3 Somerset Place, Auckland, shows how good .these pills are in cases of indigestion. Mrs Purcell said: —• "For many years I was just a martyr to indigestion and I have suffered dreadfully. My appetite, was of the poorest, just a draught of tea would be sufficient to. dull it. I could never take solid's, they were not to be dreamt of. A bit of bread and 'butter was 'about the extent of my meals. I Iliad to cook meals, but I loathed the mere smell of them. I felt so sick. 1 got such thumping headaches in the back of my head and down the neck, t.hey lasted for days on me, and I got attacks of readhing them. My head felt like a lump of lead on the pillow. I could not sleep at night. I dozed and dreamed frightfully and felt *it for nothing when I got up, and I gob •such sharp pains all round my waist when I laid down. My face was as sallow as could be, and I could 'have hardly been thinner or more wasted. The slightest thing would make me faint, even when standing for a little, and .1 would have to move quickly and go and lie down at once, or else go right off. In the mornings I would come down trembling .and quivering, every nerve and muscle shaking" all over. My eyesight got so poor I could not see to sew or read; everything wavcrd about before my vision. I was in a pitiful state for years. I spent quite a little fortune in so-called remedies, but all in vain, ibut I can heartily thank Dp Williams' Pink Pills for putting me on my feet. Tliev suited my constitution liko magic and made a different being of me. All the chest trouble went arway and my health gradually was completely restored." Insist on getting Dr. Williams' Pink Pills. They are sold by most chemists :ai\d storekeepers, or if not locally obtainable will be sent direct by the Dr. William's Medicine Co., of Australasia, Ltd., Wellington, for 3s per box, 6 boxes 16s 6d.
