(By Telegraph—Press Association.) ' -NEW PUOIOUTIrl ,\ .Last Night. At the, Supreme .Court to-day, Mr Justice Sim gave judgment for the 1 plaintiff in the ca.se'in which the Rev. : Father sued E. May for the return of a motor car. The car was sold to the plaintiff, and re-sold without his knowledge to the defendant. Evidence was finished in the land case, and the case was adjourned to Wellington for counsel's addresses.
