KAIPARGRO. Wry heavy rain, accompanied by r-trong nor-th-westeriy gale?, have boen experienced throughout the wtvk. The weather is now much cooler, and the wind has subsided. Pastures uro making an almost phenoint-nal growth, but tlio grass is too soft to satisfy farmers who, go - 11 for fattening stock. Sheep dipping i.v being delayed owing to the continuous wet, and a few weeks of line weather would new be very welcome to sheep-owners.
