SYDNEY, March 55. F. D. Browne has been remanded lor a week on a charge of conspiracy with John Macpherson to defraud the Singer Sewing Machine Company of £.12,740, and also of .stealing £4l, the property of the same firm. Baal for £IOOO has been allowed.
