SYDNEY, March 5. Sid. E. Gregory, who has played in more Test cricket matches than any either cricketer, is to captain the Australian team in England. The Mnrylel lone Club loses on the Australia tour just ended. A proposal that the Board of Control should make good the deficiency is being considered.

CRICKETERS AND BUSINESS MEN TO ATTEND.

SYDNEY, March 5. A meeting has been called in the Town Hall on Friday with a view to the posibility of finding as settlement of the cricket squabble. Many prominent, cricketers and business men will attend.
