I took \ the mill over on November 6th, and I it was about five weeks before any timber was cut and sold. Since then work has been going on satisfactorily, hut Pain and Kershaw, of Martiniborough, sued me for £52 for stores, and if this judgment was enforced it would cripple me entirely. I was compelled to file. I think I could have made a- success of the mill but for this." The first .meeting of creditors will ibo held in the Court-house.
