AGRICULTURAL JOURNAL.
The Agricultural Department of New Zealand -may- have its faults. - It maybe guilty of sins of omission as well as commission. But there is one thing for which no farmer, large or small, will deny it credit, and that is the splendid effort it is making to educate the maiO upon the land by means of literature. The "Agricultural Journal," which is issued month-ly,-is a work -which farmers cannot afford to be without. Ii is as full of information as an egg is full of meat.' Its articles are brightly .written and copiously' illustrated, whilstt tne records and statistics it. supplies- are immensely interesting. We have no hesitation in advising our farmer friends to become subscribers to the "Journal."
