CAPTAIN FABER'S DISCLOSURES. | (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LOM>QN\ February 24. Captain Fa-ber, in the course of an address, stated that the references he made in his Andover speech in November last to tho defences of the United Kingdom came from a highly placed personage. He alleged that the reason that Sir Reginald McKenna was dismissed from the Admiralty was that Cabinet asked him for his plans in the event of war, and ho replied that- he had none.
