Mr F. Wur'in was musician, arid Misses H. McKenzie and J. Me€hiiiiiness s M.C.'s Miss Gaskin played an extra, and Miss Millie Croxen contributed a song.. A programme of music is to be played in the Coronation Band rotunda on Sunday afternoon by the Carterton Brass Band.
Mr T. W. Sparks, of Wairoa, was among the visitors to Carterton on Friday. The summer show of the Wairarapa Horticultural Society 'has been fixed for Saturday, March 2nd. The tennis match, 'Masterton v. Tararua dub, to have 'been played at Carterton .to-day,., has been postponed, as the Masterton Club have a prior engagement at Pahiatua.
