AT THE WAIRARAPA SHOW. The reports on the various consignments of cheese forwarded Home after the last Carterton Show have been received from the London, firm of Andrew Clements) .and Sons, Ltd. Belvedere.— Close cutting, clean in flavour, silky texture, handsome iir appearance. The best parcel, in our opinion, out;- of the eight. <Woodville.;— Close cutting, clean in flavour, good texture. Would be better if more silky. Very good cheese, in our opinion the second best parcel. Parkvale.— Good colour, fairly clean in flavour, close cutting, solid, well-made cheese. Dalefield.— Fairly clean in flavour, slightly open in make, firm, solid cheese. Tararua.— Fairly clean in flavour, fat, open in make. Greytown. Flavour slightly weddy, open texture (due to fermentation). Mangarania.— Fairly clean in flavour, olose texture, badly packed. Taratahi.— Bad flavour, open 'in make.
