FRENCH MINERS
THREATEN A STRIKE. UNLESS GRANTED PENSIONS. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) , PARIS, February 17. A referendum of French- miners resulted in an enormous majority in favour of a strike on March Ist, unless Parliament legislated for the granting of a miners' pension of two francs daily at the age of fifty, after twenty-five years' work
