FIFTY ARRESTS MADE PROMINENT MEMBERS OF UNIONS. LIST OF CHARGES. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) NEW YORK, February 14. Fifty arrests have been made throughout the United States in connection with the investigation of the dynamiting outrages, and include Mr Ryan,-President of the Structural Steel Workers' Union, to which the Macnamaras belonged; Frank Webb, an ex-member of the Iron Workers' Executive Board; Meadows, the business agent of the International Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners; Butler, the Vice-President of the Structural Iron-workers' Union, and other leading Labour officials. The charges include the violation of Federal Statutes regulating the shipment of explosives, and aiding and abetting in the violation of the law, and also aiding and abetting in the concealment of such violation.
