AND THE LABOUR PARTY MR RAMSAY MAODONALD'S . VIEWS. (Received Last Night, 11.15 o'clock.) LOADON, At the Labour Party's demonstration in tho Albert Hail on behalf of adult suffrage, Mr Ramsay Macdon>ald, Leader of the Party in the House of Commons, stated that the time had come when the basis of domocracy must be broadened. He would certainly turn out the Government on this question. Mr Henderson stated that he would give no vote to any Government Bill, which would not secure votes for women.
