OPAKI RIFLE CLUB
The Opaki Rifle Club held a trophy competition on the Fairview Range on Thursday and Saturday last. The ranges fired at were 900 and 1000 yds, ten shots at each. The Thursday squad experienced a very changeable wind, while the Saturday men, w'th a steadier wind, had to contend with rain. The following are the ch'ef scores:—
